Manganese is a cofactor for many enzymes, helps keep synovial fluid healthy and supports connective tissue health such as collagen. It is required for proteoglycans and healthy, stable cartilage, which may be a consideration in supporting the soft tissue following manual manipulation. The citrate form is more acidic and may enhance intestinal absorption, while the gluconate form also enhances absorption as well.

Each Tablet Contains: Manganese (as gluconate, citrate) 10 mg.
Other Ingredients :
DiCalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
