Ingredients :
Each Tablet Contains: Niacin 100 mg, Vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) 50 mg
Other Ingredients :
DiCalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
Contraindications :
Warning: Large doses of niacin can cause flushing. The naturally occurring Niacin flush can cause the upper extremities, face, neck, and ears to become red and itch. This is a natural reaction, as Niacin is a vasodilator. Taken with cold milk or a banana can lessen the flush. Doses above 250 mg/day of B-6 are generally not recommended. It is suggested to add a full B complex whenever doses above the Daily Value are taken.
